Pomegranate Guacamole
Guacamole just got a festive makeover. With ruby red pomegranate seeds, feta, and walnuts, every bite is packed with flavor.

- 4 Ripe avocados
- 1/2 Red onion diced
- 1 Lime juice of
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate arils
- 1/3 cup Walnuts chopped
- 1/4 cup Feta crumbled
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh using a spoon.
Using a fork, mash the avocado to your liking. Add in the red onion, followed by lime juice, salt, pepper and cilantro. Mix to combine
Squeeze the lime and add the juice to the avocado and red onion.
Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl. Top the guacamole with pomegranate arils, walnuts, crumbled feta cheese and more chopped cilantro.
Serve with tortilla chips.
