- ½ cup Pomegranate arils
- 2 Limes sliced into quarters
- 1 cup Pomegranate juice

Place fresh pomegranate arils and lime slices into two glasses, filling each about ¼ full with still water and freeze the glasses until the water is solid
Remove the glasses from the freezer and fill them halfway with chilled pomegranate juice.
Top off each glass with seltzer water, pouring gently to maintain the fizz.
Let the drink sit at room temperature for a few minutes. The frozen arils and lime slices will start to float, creating a beautiful display.
Stir lightly and serve immediately for the ultimate refreshing experience
Choose the right juice: Always opt for 100% pomegranate juice to avoid unnecessary sugars or artificial flavors.
Layer carefully: When adding the seltzer, pour slowly to preserve the carbonation.
Make ahead: Prepare the pomegranate-lime ice cubes in advance and store them in the freezer, so they’re ready whenever you need them.
