Pomegranate Mocktail

A great non-alcoholic drink that's refreshing, appealing to the eyes, and delicious to the palate.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Pomegranate arils
  • 2 Limes sliced into quarters
  • 1 cup Pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup Seltzer water

Instructions

  • Place fresh pomegranate arils and lime slices into two glasses, filling each about ¼ full with still water and freeze the glasses until the water is solid
  • Remove the glasses from the freezer and fill them halfway with chilled pomegranate juice.
  • Top off each glass with seltzer water, pouring gently to maintain the fizz.
  • Let the drink sit at room temperature for a few minutes. The frozen arils and lime slices will start to float, creating a beautiful display.
  • Stir lightly and serve immediately for the ultimate refreshing experience
