Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

This pumpkin oatmeal will be your favorite fall breakfast. This delicious and creamy oatmeal flavored with pumpkin and pumpkin spice is super east to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quick Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Almond Milk Unsweetend
  • ½ cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Almond Butter
  • 3 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 2 tsp Flax Seeds

Instructions

  • Mix quick oatmeal and almond milk in a sauce pan.
  • Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice , chopped almonds, almond butter and 2 tablespoons maple syrup. 
  • Stir and cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Pour cooked oatmeal in two bowls and top with whole almonds, chia seeds, flax seeds and one tablespoon maple syrup.

Notes

  • You can use peanut butter and peanuts instead of almond butter and almonds. 
  • You can combine all the ingredients and store in the fridge overnight. Then microwave in the morning for about two minutes or heat on the stove. 
  • You can add chocolate chips for more flavor.
  • You can use honey or molasses instead of pure maple syrup.
