- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp Water optional
Place the Greek yogurt, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, parsley and water in a bowl.
Whisk until well-incorporated. Add more water if the sauce is too thick.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes, add garnish, and serve.
Customizable Consistency: If you prefer a thinner sauce, gradually add water or lemon juice until you reach the desired consistency. This is especially useful if you’re drizzling the sauce over a salad.
