Strawberry Vinaigrette Recipe
A refreshing spring or summer dressing, this vinaigrette packs amazing flavors in a few simple ingredients and steps.

- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp Dried basil
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut them into quarters and place them in a jar.
Add the balsamic vinegar, dried basil, olive oil and salt.
Using an immersion blender, blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined. Alternatively, you can use a food processor or a blender.
Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Shake well before using.
- If you prefer a sweeter vinaigrette, add a small amount of honey or maple syrup. Taste and adjust as needed.
- If the vinaigrette is too tangy, add a pinch of sugar or a splash more olive oil to balance the acidity.
