Mini Oreo Chocolate Cheesecakes

These Mini Oreo Chocolate Cheesecakes are so rich and creamy!

Ingredients

Cheesecake

  • 12 low-fat Oreos normal ones will work as well
  • 1 pack 8 oz / 226gr low fat cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 pack semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup / 170gr

Ganache:

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2-3 tbsp. non-fat half and half

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F/180C
  • Line a muffin pan with liners.
  • Place an Oreo in each muffin cup.
  • Mix cream cheese, white sugar, egg and flour until creamy and smooth.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 1/2 minute. (Stir every 30 second to avoid burning)
  • Add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  • Divide the mixture between 12 muffin cups.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Let the cheese cakes cool completely.
  • Make the ganache by melting the chocolate and mixing it with half and half.
  • Add the ganache on top of the cheesecake and let cool completely in the fridge.
