Air Fryer Salmon Recipe
Here's a quick and easy air fryer salmon recipe that's ready in 10 minutes. This crispy salmon is served with a bright lemon dill sauce, making it extra tangy and delicious.

Lemon dill sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 shallot chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper optional
- 1 tbsp capers chopped
- ⅓ cup fresh dill chopped
- 2 lemon juice of
- 2 tbsp water
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and salt. Sprinkle the spice mix all over the salmon fillets.
Place the seasoned salmon pieces on the crip plate and air fry them in the Cosori TurboBlaze Air Fryer at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the lemon dill sauce: Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Saute the shallots for 5 minutes so they're light and translucent.
Add in the garlic and cook for a minute. Season with crushed red pepper and add in the capers.
Add the dill followed by freshly squeezed lemon juice. Give it a stir, add the water and cook for a minute. If you'd like the sauce to be thinner, add more water.
Once the salmon is cooked, transfer it to a platter and top with the lemon dill sauce.
- You can use other spices including coriander, turmeric, thyme, rosemary or oregano.
- Make sure all the salmon fillets are roughly the same size so they cook evenly.
- Store the leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or in the oven.
- You can serve this air fried salmon with different sides such as tahini salad, lemon rice or Greek potatoes.
