Parmesan Baked Cod


- - Cod fillets - Olive oil  - Parmesan, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper

Brush cod fillets with olive oil on both sides.

In a large bowl, mix parmesan cheese and spices.

Coat the cod fillets with the parmesan mixture. Make sure they're fully coated.

Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

You'll know the cod is cooked completely when it's firm and flakes easily.

Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.

Just made this recipe tonight & it’s a keeper - delicious & easy! I added dried dill as suggested.
