Healthy Chicken Salad


- Chicken breast - Red onion - Walnuts, dill, green onion - Celery and raisins - Greek yogurt, dijon mustard, spices

Mix shredded chicken, walnuts, celery, herbs, raisins and red onion in a bowl.

Add in Greek yogurt, dijon mustard and spices to the salad and mix.

You can serve this chicken salad with lettuce and make wraps.

Or serve on bread and make sandwiches.

This salad keeps well in the fridge and is good for meal prepping.
