Hello from Seattle!
Yes! I’m in Seattle now to do a special project which means a lot to me. I promise I’ll tell you about it once it’s all done and ready! Wish me luck because this one is very important! Fall is starting to be very exciting for me! How is it for you? Has it been treating you well so far?
Fall is like, the food season for us! I mean, first there is like, everything pumpkin (I still have many pumpkin recipes to post) then there are Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. But while all these are happening, there is also game season! Many people spend weekends watching their favorite team kick it and win!
What does ANY game day call for? Game Day food!! For us, game day food can be many different foods but definitely there will be some kind of dip and chips! Here, we have cheesy taco dip and homemade rosemary garlic tortilla chips!
I served my cheesy taco dip Pace® Salsa and served the homemade rosemary garlic tortilla chips with Pace® Picante sauce. In my family, we love Pace® because it’s made with handpicked jalapenos and it adds a kick of flavor to snacking and cooking. Pace® is awesome for any time of the day from breakfast to lunch to dinner or just snacking.
To make the cheesy taco dip, I browned ground beef and mixed it with jalapenos and beans then added cheese and baked it in the oven until the cheese was fully melted. What I love about this dip is that you can make everything ahead and then add the cheese 15 minutes before serving, such a time saver!
The rosemary garlic tortilla chips can be ready in less than 10 minutes and add a nice layer of flavor to the game day food!
Everyone in our home was content with this cheesy taco dip and rosemary garlic tortilla chips, I bet you’ll be happy too!
