Ingredients 

  • 2 Banana
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tsp Flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Instant coffee
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions 

  • Place the banana, pitted dates, chia seeds, flax seeds, tahini, instant coffee, milk and ice in a blender.
  • Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute until all the ingredients are completely blended and you have a smooth mixture.
  • Serve immediately.

  1. This looks delicious! Can I substitute freshly brewed coffee instead of instant? And if so how much for one serving?

    1. Yes, but keep in mind that the consistency might be a bit more liquid. I would probably add a shot of espresso, or about quarter cup brewed coffee, but then the caffeine wouldn’t probably be enough.
