How To Make Roast Beef Sliders
First of all, gather your ingredients:

Hawaiian rolls: I make roast beef sliders with Hawaiian rolls because they are tender, fluffy and the size is just perfect. That slight sweetness of the bun works so well with the mustard and cheese.
Roast beef: Any kind of deli roast beef would work for this recipe.
Cheese: You can use any kind of melting cheese. Provolone, mozzarella and cheddar are quite common.
For the spread that goes on the sliders, you need butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and a bit of grainy mustard. Alternatively, you can use dijon as well if preferred.
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set it aside.
Make the topping by mixing the melted butter with garlic and onion powder, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally with a serrated knife. Make sure not to separate the rolls. Spread some of the butter and mustard mixture on the bottom half of the sliders.
Top with half of the roast beef and cheese. Finish with the remaining roast beef and finally, top with the top layer of the Hawaiian rolls.

Brush the melted butter spread on the Hawaiian rolls, cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes. If desired, top with some sesame seeds or poppy seeds. Bake uncovered for 3 to 5 more minutes, then cut and serve immediately.

Jazz Them Up!
- To make Italian roast beef sliders, use mozzarella cheese and chopped pepperoncini in the sliders.
- Top the roast beef with caramelized onion to make French dip roast beef sliders and serve them with some au jus.
- For deli-style roast beef sliders, bake the sliders first, then carefully open them up and add lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickles. Slice and serve.

Thank you this idea! I had family staying with me and needed some meals for adults and kids and this was fantastic. Fast, cheap, and everyone loved them!
Love this recipe! I’ve been looking for one that didn’t have horseradish & this was perfect. The only thing I changed was the rolls, I used pretzel sliders & the “dinner roll” sliders because my family was not a fan of theses on the Hawaiian ones, they were to sweet 😊
A crowd pleaser for sure. These roast beef sliders sounds fabulous with that spice blend you put on top. Can’t wait to make these on game day!
