These Surprise Snickers Stuffed Brownies will wow your crowd! They look like usual brownies but when you bite into them, there is a peanut party!
These brownies are life: they are soft, chewy, not too sweet and just perfect!
OK, brownies are just awesome if they are made the way the should be. 15 years ago, I didn’t what brownies were, how they should taste or what the texture should be. The batch I made had a soft center, and well, it was not cake-y. So, I put it back in the oven just to receive a piece of rock 20 minutes later and threw it in the trash can.
Did I make brownies after that? No, not at least for 5-6 years. Sometimes, I don’t take failure so well.
Then after years, I made them again, and again and again because hey, I could make them and brownies are just addictive. Especially these surprise snickers stuffed brownies, or shall I call them SSSBrownies? These are awesome for parties and when you have guests over, you can be like, “oh yes I’ve made some brownies”, and they look like everyday plain brownies you know? Please have some!
And then they bite into it and BAM! Snickers! How fun is that! It’s caramel-y, peanut-y, Chocolate-y. Yep, that’s no ordinary brownie!
And you know what? It’s actually really easy to make these brownies, the ingredients are basic and they have so much chocolate in them. The amount of sugar I have mentioned in the recipe gives you a “not too sweet” type of brownie, which I think is really delicious because they have snickers inside to balance the sweetness.
Just make sure you beat in the eggs really well and you’re not adding too much flour. These are supposed to be firm but soft. You can also keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. When they are in the fridge, they tend to get hard so I like to microwave them to make them soft again before eating.

Surprise Snickers Stuffed Brownies
- 1 stick butter
- 10 ounce semi sweet chocolate I used 4 ounce baking chocolate and 6 ounce chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs room temperature
- 3/4 cup flour
- 16 mini snickers unwrapped
- 4 ounce semi sweet chocolate chopped
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line an 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper.
Melt the butter and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir every 15 seconds to avoid burning.
Whisk in sugar, mix until well combined. Whisk in the eggs, one at a time, stir very well.
Stir in flour, mix slowly until fully combined.
Pour 3/4 of the batter in the baking dish, place 16 unwrapped snickers on top. Don't press them in.
Pour the remaining batter on top, using a spatula, spread the batter all over. Bake in the oven for 38 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes our fairly clean.
Top with ganache and let it cool and firm, then cut into 16 pieces.
To make Ganache:
Heat cream over low heat until starts having small bubbles around, add chocolate and stir until smooth. Let it cool down a little but then spread it on the browies.
