Why this recipe works

Everyone loves mangos! They’re sweet, soft and so satisfying. And if you have not tried them in a milkshake, you’re in for a treat! This mango milkshake is thick, creamy and sweet.

It’s perfect for summer and with a hint of cardamom, it has that unique flavor that you cannot find anywhere else. Try this once and you’ll be making it over and over again!

Ingredients

to make mango shake you need mangoes, ice cream, milks and cardamom

To make this tasty mango milk shake, you need very few ingredients:

  • Mangos: Use mangoes that are not too fibrous to get a better texture. My favorite type of mango to use is Ataulfo, it’s sweet and has a smooth texture.
  • Milk: Any kind of milk would work. For this mango milkshake recipe I used whole milk.
  • Ice cream: Vanilla or mango ice cream would be great in this recipe.

Instructions

Start by cutting the mango into chunks. Once you’ve cut the mango, put the mango pieces, ice cream, milk and cardamom in the blender and blend for forty seconds to a minutes until creamy and frothy. Pour the mango shake into glasses and top with some whipped cream and pistachios.
